Site work for a mixed-use development in Liberty Lake, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Spokane County Parks, Recreation & Golf ("County Parks" or "Owner") is currently in the design process for the Phase 1 Renovation of Liberty Lake Regional Park ("Phase 1"), located at 3707 S. Zephyr Road along the SE corner of Liberty Lake. Phase 1 is focused on enhancing public access to the lake (See below for more detail). The park is one of the oldest in the County's Park system with initial acquisition occurring in 1966 (i.e., the Miller Ranch Acquisition). It's also the most popular, with well over 200,000 estimated annual visitors. Liberty Lake Regional Park is the largest County Park at 2,700 acres and it connects to another 2,800 acres of County-owned conservation area (Mica Peak, Liberty Lake, and Cedar Grove conservation areas).
