As of June 1, 2022, site work/ parking lot construction is under way. Building construction is anticipated to begin in September 2022. The City of Liberty Lake proposes upgrades to the Trailhead Facility to include: Replacing the existing clubhouse with a new clubhouse to include a full-service bar and restaurant, an expanded golf shop, offices, meeting rooms and a banquet facility; Reconfiguration and expansion of the driving range; and, Expansion of the parking lot.
