Renovation of a mixed-use development in Montpelier, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a road / highway.
This project consists of, but is not limited to: 10 and 12 Baldwin Roof Replacements Demo shingles, copper valleys and skirting, and underlayment. Replace any rotten roof decking or framing. Ensure a smooth roof deck for new roof system. Apply underlayment where noted. Salvage turret cap for reinstallation. Replace any damaged flashing. Repoint and reflash the chimneys. Replace all vents. Replace copper skirt and valley flashing. Replace existing architectural shingle with new GAF Slate line shingle. Replace existing mansard roof membrane on 12 Baldwin with new single-ply membrane. Provide snow guards as noted. Replace any rotten siding or trim. 10 Baldwin ADA Ramp Replacement Remove the old ADA ramp that is no longer compliant. Prepare site and install a new wheels n' heels ramp. Prepare site and place new concrete sidewalk. The new sidewalk will run from the existing parking lot to the new ADA ramp and connect to the existing concrete walk. 10 Baldwin Porch Repairs Replace the decking on the front porch that connects to the ADA ramp. Decking to be composite material. Rework framing as needed to meet pitch details. 10 Baldwin Exterior Painting Scrape and paint to match existing colors. 12 Baldwin Exterior Painting Scrape and paint to match existing colors.
