Site work, asbestos abatement and renovation of a municipal facility in Montpelier, Vermont. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.
As of July 15, 2022, no bids were received. This project consists of, but is not limited to all labor, material and equipment to complete the (1) 2 Governor Aiken Ave. - Remove and restore the historic granite, construct a new foundation for restored granite steps, remove any contaminated soil, and remove and restore the handrail; and (2) 1 Baldwin St. - Remove any asbestos identified asbestos material, remove the slate shingles identified in the construction documents, install new shingles, patch any shingles that may have shifted or fallen with salvaged shingles, remove and install new roof on porch and repair any water damaged wood pieces on porch in Montpelier, Vermont. Construction shall be in accordance with the Project Documents prepared by the Department of Buildings and General Services dated February 2022.
