Question Acceptance Deadline 03/29/2022 04:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Aurora Water (AW) has 13 lift stations throughout the wastewater system. Determining the baseline condition of assets is critical to future Asset Management (AM) efforts as it will provide the foundation for risk mitigation strategies. Several high priority Business Initiatives (BI) have been identified in AW's Asset Management Plan (AMP) for Pumping division. The proposed project will aid AW on addressing at least 4 BI's from the AMP. Project Overview and Scope AW is looking for third party consultants to assist with a pilot program to establish the baseline condition at two of its stations: Murphy Creek and Shop Creek lift stations. This will be a part of a larger, systematic effort to document the condition of all the lift stations in the system and will provide a foundation for management of other vertical assets. A comprehensive condition assessment of the assets will be conducted as well as an analysis and gap fill of the asset registry. The final deliverable will be a comprehensive lift station program enabling AW to determine the condition of its lift stations and enable proactive asset management.
