The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to demolish the existing ground storage tank and yard piping located at Water Plant No. 4, 2848 Mayport Road, Jacksonville, FL The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to demolish the existing ground storage tank and yard piping, including but not limited to: 1. Demolition, removal and disposal of all materials, 2. Removal and disposal of ground storage tank foundation, 3. Removal and disposal of above ground piping and underground piping 2" and larger, valves and valve boxes within the perimeter fence as shown, 4. Removal and disposal of piping and valves as shown, 5. Provision and installation of blind flanges, pipe caps and/or plugs at building penetrations and perimeter fence, 6. Provision of a blind flange on the valve at the location shown, complete with necessary thrust restraint on the valve body, 7. Provision of suitable backfill material, including compaction, 8. Provision of all site fine-grading for all areas disturbed by the Contractors' operations, 9. Provision of sodding/seeding as specified. Bid prices must remain valid for ninety (90) days after the public opening of the bids. Goods and services proposed shall meet all requirements of the Ordinances of the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida.
