Renovation of a municipal facility in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of March 23, 2023, demolition for the existing facility has been approved by the city. A general contractor has been selected. CPPI is soliciting bids from Pre-Qualified Bidders only for Control Network Upgrades Buildings D, E, & F at the Jacksonville Regional Service Center. Replace HVAC and lighting controllers at Buildings D (Caf ), E (FDLE), & F (Old Joint Dispatch Center). Replace existing Siemens proprietary major equipment controllers with IP base controllers running the Niagra Framework. Also includes adding fiber backbone infrastructure to each of the 3 buildings.
