The civil items include repainting the existing parking lot, rehabilitation of existing sidewalk to comply with ADA standards, installation of duplex sanitary sewer lift station, including gravity sewer, force main sewer lines, and cleanouts, construction of water and electrical lines, including installation of back flow preventor and connection to existing JEA meter, and installation/removal of security fence.
