Ogden City is accepting sealed bids from Contractors interested in providing services related to maintenance, testing, and operation of fire detection and suppression systems for various Ogden City Facilities. The question-and-answer period ends at 3 PM on April 1, 2022. For any questions related to this ITB, please contact the Ogden City Purchasing Office via email purchasing@ogdencity.com or at (801) 629-8742. Contractor shall furnish a performance bond to the City in an amount not less than the contract price. The City reserves the right to require complete, certified copies of all required insurance policies at any time. The Contract(s) will be issued for a Three (3) Year period with the possibility of Two (2) one-year extensions. Ogden City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid that best serves its convenience and/or is found to be in the best interest of the City.
