Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Terre Hill, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The work shall consist of street rehabilitation along Maple Street, between Main Street and Vine Street, in the Borough. The work to be performed includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and appurtenances for 800 SY of full-depth pavement reconstruction, 110 Tons of Superpave wearing course and related work. Attention is called to the fact that no less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the contract documents must be paid, and that employees are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. The successful bidder shall substantially complete the project within 30 calendar days of receiving a Notice to Proceed. Bidders shall be PennDOT prequalified for the type of work required. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. Proposals shall be effective for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of opening. The Borough of Terre Hill reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals or portions thereof. Per the engineer the start date is flexible. Work can begin as early May 2022. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
