Site work and paving for a civil project in Fox Point, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The proposed construction consists of pavement replacement of Wye Lane from Lake Drive (STH 32) to the east end (approximately 850 LF), including clearing and grubbing, removals, grading, base preparation and repairs, culvert replacements, water main installation, sanitary manhole rehabilitation, new HMA pavement, HMA driveways, land- scaping; water main installation on N Port Washington Road via directional drilling (approximately 1,900 LF); and other miscellaneous items of work. 3. Information for Bidders. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's bond, certified check, bank cashier's check or bank draft payable to the Village of Fox Point for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid as provided in the Bidder Instructions. Rejection of Bids. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive techni- calities. Unless the Bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder. The Work will be substantially completed on or before August 26, 2022; final completion- on or before September 15, 2022
