Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lake Country, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,500-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Through this Request for Proposals, the District of Lake Country invites Proposals for a Construction Manager (CM) that can provide Services and Work (as defined in the CCDC5B Contract) for the new Indigenous Cultural Centre and Nature Park Project. The current concept includes the construction of an approx. 3500 sq ft Cultural Centre Building; plus adjacent nature park with wetlands/boardwalks/trails. An overview of the Project is also provided in Exhibit A (Summary of Proposed Park Elements). Location: 3724 Woodsdale Road, Lake Country, British Columbia (between Beasley Park to the West, and the Okanagan Rail Trail / Oyama Road to the East, and beach access to Wood Lake to the North).
