Description

Site work, new construction and renovation of an educational facility in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

LCCC is an equal opportunity employer. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty days subsequent to the opening of the bids, without consent of LCCC. LCCC reserves the right to waive any informalities, defects, errors, or omissions in, or to reject any or all bids, proposals, or parts thereof. Under the Right to Know Law, LCCC is required to post to the PA Treasury Website all documents (BPO, PO, contract, and agreement) for transactions valued at $5,000.00 and above. To commence work under the Contract on May 23, 2022 and to substantially complete the Work no later than August 1, 2022. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a Guarantee in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Total Price in the Proposal. The Guarantee shall be in the form of a Certified Check made payable to the Owner or a Bid Bond duly executed by the bidder as principal and a Surety Company licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Furnish and deliver to the Owner the Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond equal to the full amount of the Contract Price to guarantee the faithful performance of all terms, covenants and conditions of the Contract. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any or all Bid Proposals. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any or all informalities in bidding.
