Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of milling and repaving the existing main lot and includes regarding a new section of handicap accessible parking spaces, new curbing and sidewalks at the perimeter edge, new stairs as well as new tree islands and landscape. Main Parking Lot Repaving: Contract No. 1 - Site Construction Digital documents can be sent via email at the request of the bidder. All Bidders must be registered on the Hemmler + Camayd Architects Bidder's List. Bidders attention is called to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Wage Act 442. Prevailing Wage Rates are included in the Non-Technical Specifications. LCCC is an equal opportunity employer. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty days subsequent to the opening of the bids, without consent of LCCC. LCCC reserves the right to waive any informalities, defects, errors, or omissions in, or to reject any or all bids, proposals, or parts thereof. Under the Right to Know Law, LCCC is required to post to the PA Treasury Website all documents (BPO, PO, contract, and agreement) for transactions valued at $5,000.00 and above.
