As of June 14, 2022 per the owner this project has been pulled and the work will be completed by internal staff. The address for each project is as follows: Luzerne County Community College 521 Trailblazer Drive Nanticoke PA 18634 (Parking is available in the parking lots) Courtyard Landscaping Contract No. 1 - Site Construction All Bidders must be registered on the Hemmler + Camayd Architects Bidder's List. Bidder's attention is called to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Wage Act 442. Prevailing Wage Rates are included in the Non-Technical Specifications. LCCC is an equal opportunity employer. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty days subsequent to the opening of the bids, without consent of LCCC. LCCC reserves the right to waive any informalities, defects, errors, or omissions in, or to reject any or all bids, proposals, or parts thereof.
