No definite date for the rebid.** The address for each project is as follows: Luzerne County Community College 521 Trailblazer Drive Nanticoke PA 18634 (Parking is available in the parking lots) Building 7 Roof Replacement Contract 1 - General Construction All Bidders must be registered on the Hemmler + Camayd Architects Bidder's List. Bidder's attention is called to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Wage Act 442. Prevailing Wage Rates are included in the Non-Technical Specifications. LCCC is an equal opportunity employer. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty days subsequent to the opening of the bids, without consent of LCCC.
