Bidder's attention is called to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Wage Act 442. Prevailing Wage Rates are included in the Non-Technical Specifications. LCCC is an equal opportunity employer. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty days subsequent to the opening of the bids, without consent of LCCC.
