The City of Oxnard, Public Works Department - Facilities Division is looking for qualified firms to provide maintenance and repair services for elevators across the City. Building maintained by the Facilities Division includes Police and Fire Stations, City Hall, Public Libraries, and various administration and operations facilities. The period of performance anticipated for this solicitation and shall be for three (3) years, with each year renewable in one (1) year increments from September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2025 effective upon signature of an Agreement by both parties, unless terminated earlier. This annual renewal shall be based on mutually acceptable services, cost adjustments, and the City requirements and there is no obligation by the City to purchase any specified amount of goods or services.
