The City of Oxnard's Parks and Trees Division maintains 36 parks covering 297 acres of property. To support in the maintenance of these areas, The City of Oxnard invites proposals from qualified contractors to provide an enhanced and advanced landscaping services for the City of Oxnard. Services will be provided to 34 City parks that are managed by the City's Park's Division. Currently all parks under this solicitation are receiving basic maintenance services (i.e. weekly lawn mowing). The City is soliciting proposals for services levels above and beyond the basic services currently being rendered. September 2022 Contracted work begins May 6, 2022 Last day for Questions by Proposers Proposer inquires must be submitted electronically. The period of performance anticipated for this solicitation and shall be for two (2) years, with each year renewable in one (1) year increment for effective upon signature of an Agreement by both parties, unless terminated earlier. This annual renewal shall be based on mutually acceptable services, cost adjustments, and the City requirements and there is no obligation by the City to purchase any specified amount of goods or services.
