Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Oxnard, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 24,644-square-foot clubhouse / community center.
Project Duration: 60 Calendar Days Liquidated Damages: $250.00 Per Calendar Day Bid Bond Percentage: 10% Performance and payment: 100% Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to complete roof replacement and repairs at the Performing Arts Community Center located at 800 Hobson Way, in the City of Oxnard. Replacement of existing roof and repair of damaged roof deck. The scope of work shall include asbestos removal. Reconfiguration of building seismic joint at roof. Structural reinforcement for future HVAC system. At the time of Bid submission, each Bidder shall possess a valid Class A General Engineering Contractors License, a Class B General Building Contractors License, or a ClassC39 Roofing Contractors License issued by the California Contractors State License Board, and a current City business license at the time of Contract award.
