Reference number : 1584610 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-28 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Number: 532170652001 The municipality of Saint-Roch-des-Aulnaies wishes to obtain tenders for the work on the 2nd row of Saint-Roch between the Joachim and Vieux-Fronteau roads, over a total length of +- 2,482 meters as well as the work to replace culvert. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender bond, the amount of which is equal to 10% of the total amount of the tender excluding applicable taxes, valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
