BIDDERS QUALIFICATIONS: Only qualified HVAC Contractors may submit bids on this project work. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waiver any informalities and irregularities in bidding, and to accept any bid deemed in the best interests of the Owner. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS: All bids remain subject to acceptance for thirty (30) days after the day of the bid opening, but the owner may, in its sole discretion, release any bid and return it prior to that date. This project is subject to Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) construction project requirements, including those in the Supplemental Requirements of this Project Manual.
