HRSD requests Proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide Professional Services including special studies, preliminary engineering report services, design services, pre-construction services, contract administration services, field engineering and inspection services, startup and testing services, operations and training services, and post-startup and certification services for pump stations, wastewater storage tanks, treatment plants, administration buildings and other HRSD facilities. The work may also include interior design and landscaping services. These services shall be provided for an initial period of one (1) year, and HRSD shall have the option to renew the contract annually for a total period not to exceed five (5) years. All Proposers shall demonstrate prior experience with studies, design, and construction oversight of architectural, mechanical and electrical related work for pump stations, occupied buildings, warehouse buildings, wastewater treatment facilities, and other similar facilities for both new and rehabilitated construction. All Proposers shall have a local office within the HRSD service area with sufficient qualified personnel to provide the proposed services. *NOTE: Do not respond through eVA.
