Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Spotsylvania, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Comments:Micro/Small Set Aside Award Priority means those businesses SBSD certified in this category will be given award priority but all businesses, regardless of certification are eligible to respond and shall be considered. See Terms and Conditions for details. A site visit is REQUIRED prior to bidding in this program Attach your specifications/cut sheets to your bid. Installation requested prior to May 2nd, but no later than 60 days after award. The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, supplies and supervision to remove and dispose of the old units, replace and render operational five (5) new, like in kind and type, 16 SEER, two-stage HVAC units to be installed at the Visitor's Center, Cabin #4, Cabin #6, Cabin #7 and Cabin #9. All work associated with this project shall be completed within sixty (60) days from award. Work to be completed Monday-Friday beginning at 8:00AM and coordinated with Park Manager, Dan Quesenberry. A site visit is REQUIRED prior to bidding. Contact Dan at 540-584-5503 to make an appointment prior to bidding in the program. All bidders must sign in to have their site visit be recorded. The purpose and intent of this Quick Quote is to conduct a one-time solicitation to furnish and install five (5) HVAC systems for use within Lake Anna State Park located at 6800 Lawyers Rd, Spotsylvania Courthouse, VA 22551. Award shall be made on a grand total basis.
