The Consultant shall prepare site-specific Traffic Control Plans (TCPs) for sites identified by DC Water. DC Water will provide Preliminary Design Drawings (30%) with the alignment of the proposed work. The TCPs provided by the Consultant shall meet all DDOT requirements for relevant permits. Consultant shall make necessary revisions to the TCPs as directed by DDOT to obtain approval. All Traffic Control Plans (TCPs) will be submitted to DC Water and DC Water will submit TCPs into D.TOPS for DDOT approval. The Consultant shall meet DDOT's design standards and specifications including TCP requirements for the issuance of permits. The Consultant shall make necessary revisions to TCPs to obtain the permit approval from DDOT and all appropriate review agencies (i.e., DCRA and DOEE). DC Water will pay all associated fees as part of the Construction Permit application. Contract Term: 3-Year Base Term + 2 Options Terms, 1-Year each The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
