The District of Columbia (District) Department of General Services (the Department or DGS), on behalf of the Office of the Secretary of the District of Columbia, is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to engage a contractor to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk (the CMAR or the Contractor) for Construction of a New DC Archives Building in the Van Ness Campus of the University of the District of Columbia (UDC) (the Project) located at 4200 Connecticut Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20008. The site visit will be held from 02:00 p.m. to 03:00 p.m. on September 12, 2023, at 4200 Connecticut Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20008. Question Deadline 09/19/2023 at 2:00 PM ET The entire Project shall be substantially completed by July 6, 2026 (the "Substantial Completion Date").
