Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Richland, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Substantial Completion: May 30, 2023 Final Completion: May 30, 2023 This project is for the new installation of a property perimeter fence surrounding an ODOT owned quarry site in Baker County known as Black Bridge Quarry. Property has been surveyed. Survey markers are placed at all 11 points of property boundary. Survey markers are not to be disturbed at any point of fence installation. Fence and concrete footings will be required to be installed and centered 1 foot inside ODOT property lines on Agency property. All work/equipment/materials must remain, and be performed on ODOT property. Constructed fence will consist of steel/metal, all posts/braces/barbed wire and wooden stays adhering to Oregon Standard Drawings RD 810 Type 1-5W fence. One double gate opening of 24' width and 2 single 12' width gate openings will be required at ODOT defined point on overview map. Gateways and gates will be constructed using steel adhering to Oregon Standard Drawings RD820 Contractor shall seek underground utility locates prior to installing any portion of the new fence. If adjustment to the fence location is needed to avoid underground utilities the project manager will review conflict with Engineer and accommodate reasonable alternate locations. Section 00150 reviews contractor obligation.
