For Hoapili Hale Electric Service and Distribution Infrastructure Upgrade The actual start date of the contract shall be upon issuance of the notice to proceed. Bid security submittal shall be as follows: a. Photocopy of the bid security shall be submitted with the bid documents in HIePRO. b. Original bid security shall be submitted via US Postal Service and BE POSTMARKED BY THE DATE BIDS ARE DUE and be addressed to: Financial Services Department Contracts and Purchasing Branch 1111 Alakea Street, 6th Floor Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 Attn: Noreen Miyasato c. Offeror bears the whole and exclusive responsibility assuring the bid security is received by the purchasing agency. Bid submittals and original bid security postmarked after the date bids are due will not be considered.
