The project involves resurfacing of Piilani Highway in Kaupo, Maui from milepost 32.75 to milepost 34.33. The scope of work also includes cold planing transitions; pavement striping and markers; removal of signage; and other incidental items. The Hawaii Products Preference pursuant to Act 175, SLH 2009 is applicable to this project. Persons wishing to certify and qualify a product as a Hawaii Product shall submit by email a Certification for Hawaii Product Preference (SPC form 38) for each product to Purchasing Division no later than Monday, April 18, 2022 - 10 days before bid opening.
