CRS-2 E-3 Emulsified Asphalt 7. 8,000 Gal. #2 Regular Unleaded Gasoline 8. 8,000 Gal. #2 Diesel Fuel (Low Sulfur Highway) Note: All materials must be Penn Dot approved; all quantities are approximate amounts. Proposals must be upon forms furnished by the municipality. Please mark front of envelope "BID FOR ROAD MATERIAL". Forms may be obtained at the Municipality Building at 1848 Smith Township State Road or by calling 724-947-9456 between the hours of 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. All amounts are more or less (M/L). You must have your performance bond turned in to the township within 30 days of being awarded the bid.
