Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Smith Township. Forms may be obtained at the Municipality Building or by calling 724-947-9456 between the hours of 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. You must have your performance bond turned in to the township within 20 days of being awarded the bid.
