The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all irregularities and/or defects, and to accept the bid(s) deemed most beneficial to Wayne County. This Reservation of Rights shall remain in effect until any and all contracts are executed. Bids may be held by the Board of County Commissioners of Wayne County, Ohio for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract.
