Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Tacoma Public Schools is seeking proposals from interested parties capable of providing a district-wide turn-key Student Information System (SIS), which may or may not include data migration and integration with existing systems. The SIS must be vendor hosted and incorporate fully integrated features across the entire platform allowing for seamless workflow and navigation between various modules and screens. The intent of the proposal is to find a SIS system that incorporates fully integrated features which provide new and streamlined capabilities for faculty, students and parents to minimize integration with outdated or end of life legacy systems currently in use. Tacoma Public Schools would like to examine workflow and business process changes to better achieve the needs of the district and families, while also automating business workflow and procedures currently in place to achieve long-lasting benefits to the district, its employees and the students and communities served.
