Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Clarkdale, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project is located on Old Jerome Highway between Mescal Springs and Rita Street. Improvements include but are not limited to pavement replacement, curb and gutter placement and new sidewalk. The Town of Clarkdale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and/or some or all the alternates bid, and waive any informality deemed in the best interest of the Town and to reject the bids of any persons who have been delinquent or unfaithful in any contract with the Town.
