Renovation of a multi-residential development in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The supply and install of unit interior finishes upgrades to vacant units, Provincially owned properties, within Calgary. CHC manages these properties on behalf of the Province and unit renovations will use Calgary Housing Company standard interior finishes and materials to ensure consistent installation of materials on all Calgary Housing Company managed sites. The work will be completed in vacant units and may be planned to support concurrent performance of the work to ensure units are turned over to Calgary Housing Company in the shortest amount of time.
