Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Sherwood Park, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and road / highway.
The County is seeking submissions from qualified contractors to perform removal work, girder bridge construction, and road construction at various locations within the County. This RFPQ will be used for the purpose of pre-qualifying and short-listing appropriate respondents, to respond to future anticipated Request for Quotations (RFQ) to provide the Deliverables. The County anticipates one bridge replacement project per year for a three-year short-list term, however, this is tentative only and may be changed at any time by the County in its sole and unfettered discretion. This competition will establish pre-qualified suppliers to provide but not limited to Demolition/Removal Work, Girder Bridge Construction, and Road Construction at various locations within the County. The Deliverables provided may vary depending on the location and scope of the bridge replacement required. Documents can be obtained from https://strathcona.bonfirehub.ca/
