TOWN OF GRAND CHUTE Outagamie County, Wisconsin OWNER The Town of Grand Chute acting through its Board of Supervisors, hereby gives notice that sealed Bids will be received in the Grand Chute Town Hall for the following described project. PROJECT -- The Glenwood Park Utility and Street construction work shall consist of reconstruction of 24 foot wide asphalt roadway (2,830 L.F.), including grass ditches, culverts (2,840 L.F.), storm laterals, water services, and bolt replacement on hydrants and valves. Work also includes traffic control, erosion control and turf grass restoration. No. G0006-09-21-00396 TIME All Bidders shall Bid in accordance with and upon the Bid Forms included in the Contract Documents. BID REJECTION The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in Bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids which best serves the interests of the Town Grand Chute. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 90-days after the scheduled opening without the consent of the OWNER.
