Scope : Two steel culverts, each 4 feet diameter, approximately 100 feet long, at a depth of approximately 15 feet need repair or replacement. Replacement can be accommodated by two culverts or one larger culvert. Bid must include the following: 1) Clearing and grubbing 2) Roadway removal and replacement 3) Restoration of concrete end walls 4) Guardrail reinstallation Note that Tuscola Lane is not a through-street. Notes: A Certificate of Insurance is required. The Bidder hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Town of Trenton, its elected and appointed officials, officers, employees, agents, representatives and volunteers, and each of them, from and against any and all suits, actions, legal or administrative proceedings, claims, demands, damages, liabilities, interest, attorneysi fees, costs, and expenses of whatsoever kind or nature in any manner directly or indirectly caused, occasioned, or contributed to in whole or in part or claimed to be caused, occasioned, or contributed to in whole or in part, by reason of any act, omission, fault, or negligence, whether active or passive, of the Bidder or of anyone acting under its direction or control or on its behalf, even if liability is also sought to be imposed on Town of Trenton, its elected and appointed officials, officers, employees, agents, representatives and volunteers. Also include copy of Form W-9. Bids will be publicly opened at that time in the Town Board Room of the Municipal Building located at 1071 State Hwy 33E, Trenton, Wisconsin. Award will be made to the lowest, best, most responsible bidder, or the bid most advantageous to the Town. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any formality of bidding or to accept such bid or bids as will in its opinion be most advantageous to the Town of Trenton.
