Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Orangeburg, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and municipal facility.
Inspect DPU Operations Center parking area and retention pond area specified in attached plan. Following all applicable laws and regulations, saw cut existing asphalt, excavate as needed and install approximately 600' of new spill curb to match existing grade. Backfill new curb and retention pond with topsoil and overseed with Bermuda grass when complete. Contractor responsible for all cleanup and debris removal. Draft contract available upon request. All DPU vendor terms and conditions apply. Background: Operations center parking area and retention pond installed during the last 2 years. New curbing requested around retention pond for traffic control. 1. Rig and set all safety and project equipment. 2. Furnish and install new spill curb per attached civil engineering plans. 3. Install control joints as required by plans. 4. Concrete type must be 3000 psi and control joints at 10' intervals 5. Proper clean up and final inspection to be completed by owner and owner's engineer 6. General Warranty on workmanship for 1 year.
