Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Pueblo, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

**As of May 19, 2022. The Project has been awarded to A1 Chipseal for the awarded amount of $980,697.54.** The project shall include the asphaltic road rehabilitation using Chip seal and Slurry seal coats over predetermined road segments, as well as other related work. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond on an approved form in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid price, made payable to the Board of County Commissioners, County of Pueblo, State of Colorado, which shall be considered as liquidated damages and shall be forfeited to the County if said Bid is accepted and the Bidder fails to execute the Contract and file the required Documents within ten (10) days after the acceptance of the Contractor's Bid by the Board of County Commissioners. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish, as part of the Contract Documents, an Insurance Certificate in the amount specified in the Contract Documents, a Performance Bond and Labor & Materials Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of its Contract price. The County reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities and to reject any and all Bids. Any and all questions pertaining this bid shall be submitted, in writing, to Pueblo County Project Management team in charge of the Project
