Saving Project...

Site work for a civil project in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

General Requirements Remove and replace facility manholes. Construct repairs in accordance to pennsylvania department of environmental protection (padep) regulations and manufacturers recommendations. Contractor must complete work as per dep licensure requirements. Contractors shall be fully insured to do said work. Padep modification report required by contractor. All vendors and contractors may be required to submit a Performance Bond to Luzerne County Purchasing upon contract award. Accompanying this proposal is a certified check or bid Bond in the amount of 10% made payable to the county as a proposal guarantee which, it is understood, will be forfeited in case the contractor fails to comply with the requirement of the proposal. Questions regarding the Scope of Work shall be submitted to Greg Parrs at Greg.Parrs@luzernecounty.org. The County Manager and administrative officers reserve the right to reject any and all Bids or specifications when deemed to the best interests of the County and also to purchase any, part, or none of the materials specified. The Luzerne County Manager may cancel the award at any time before the execution of the contract.
