Site work and new construction of a stadium in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.
SEALED PROPOSALS will be received by the Wilkes-Barre Area School District at their Administrative Offices located at 730 South Main Street, Wilkes-Barre, PA, 18711, until 1:30 PM (prevailing time) on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, for the construction of a fieldhouse and ticket booths for the Wilkes-Barre Area High School Stadium Project located at 2021 Wolfpack Way, Plains, Pa. 18705. In general, this portion of the project consists of (4) multiple prime contracts as follows: Contract No. 1.01 - General Trades Contract No. 1.02 - Plumbing Contract No. 1.03 - HVAC Contract No. 1.04 - Electrical The Bid Documents may be obtained in electronic format, by contacting the Construction Manager, Apollo Group, Inc., 601 Wyoming Avenue, Kingston, PA 18704 at 570-714-2431. Each bidder shall be responsible at their own expense to download and print the Bid Documents. Only firms that have registered with the Construction Manager, will receive addenda during the bid phase. Cut-off date for issuance of Bid Documents to prospective Bidders will be Thursday, April 21, 2022, at 3:00 PM. All inquiries pertaining to the Bid Documents shall be directed to Kelly Goss, Project Manager, Apollo Group, Inc. Questions shall be submitted in writing via email to: kgoss@apolloinc.com
