As of June 7, 2022, project was awarded to Asphalt Industries, Inc., awarded amount is $113,168.90. bids awarded the same evening at 7:00 p.m Bids must be marked Sealed Bid on the outside of envelope. All materials must meet Penn DOT 408 specs. Bidders are asked to bid on the following: 1) In-place Seal Coat Project: 65,077 square yards with E3M road oil (see spec) A performance and payment bond, and standard and adequate certificate of insurance are required by the successful bidder.
