Bids must be marked Sealed Bid on the outside of envelope. All materials must meet Penn DOT 408 specs. Bidders are asked to bid on the following: 1) 645 tons of 9.5 mm SUPERPAVE wearing (per spec); and 50 tons of 19mm SUPERPAVE binder (per spec) 2) Equipment rental for the following (per spec): 10aEUR(TM) - 20aEUR(TM) paver with operator/screed man 10 - 12 ton roller vib. with operator 3 - 5 ton roller with operator Water truck Laborer Tri-axle dump truck Milling machine (milling notches) 48aEUR Self-propelled milling machine with conveyor & operator 8aEUR(TM) Self-propelled road widener with operator Tack truck Performance and payment bonds, and standard and adequate certificate of insurance are required by the successful bidder.
