All materials must meet Penn DOT 408 specs. Bidders are asked to bid on the following: In-place Seal Coat Project: 45,350 square yards with E3M road oil for seal coat (see spec); A performance and payment bond at 100% of the amount of the contract must be provided by the bid winner. Standard and adequate certificate of insurance are also required before work can commence. All bidders are to follow general bidder information guidelines. The township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason. Bid packages will be available for pick-up at the Municipal Building, 100 Park Road, Nottingham, PA, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or on the township website.
