The BLM, Malta Field Office, is seeking a contract to procure the furnishing of all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to remove approximately 5.3 miles (1692 rods) of 3 and 4 wire fence. Construct approximately 5.6 miles (1788 rods) of new 4-wire fencing in accordance with specifications, drawings, and work data sheet provided. Per 36.204 Disclosure of Construction Project Magnitude: Estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. 100% payment protection is required for construction contracts awarded over $35,000 (required within 10 days of award). Performance bond not required. A Site Tour is scheduled for Thursday, April 7, 2022 at 9 am. Interested quoters are to meet at the BLM Malta Field Office, located at 501 S. 2nd St. East, in Malta Montana, 59538. Expect to drive over unimproved roads to the project site. The site tour is not mandatory but highly recommended. Interested parties are responsible for their own transportation to each site. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Period of Performance is 05/01/2022 to 08/29/2022.
