Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Hugo, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
Bids filed with the City Clerk shall be publicly opened and considered by the City at the time stated above. All bids shall remain on file at least thirty (30) days thereafter before a contract shall be made and entered into hereon. This project is being funded in part by the Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission (OAC) and is subject to the conditions contained in the Grant issued by the OAC. The Bidder (Proposer) must supply all the information required by the bid or proposal form. Bids received more than ninety-six ((6) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening of bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening of bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders. The City of Hugo reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any or all bids and to waive any and all informalities. Upon receipt of an acceptable bid, it is anticipated that the contract will be awarded within ninety (90) days after opening of bids and the written contract executed by the bidder and owner within ten (10) days thereafter.
