The Project consists of excavation of existing material in City right-of-way and placing new road base and pavement, level course, overlay existing asphalt with new pavement, and adjusting manhole and water valve collars at various locations in the City. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. No pre-bid conference will be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
