The Division of State Parks is in need of a modified 20 shipping container. The purpose of this RFQ is to enter into a purchase orderwith the responsive and responsible vendor that submits the lowest cost to provide: Modified shipping container according to Attachment B - Scope of Work. Background: Please refer to Attachment B - Scope of Work for all requirements and specifications. Each quote received shall be evaluated for responsiveness in as outlined in the Utah Procurement Code. This RFQ shall be evaluated by the objective criteria described in this RFQ. Quotes submitted must comply with the specification identified in this RFQ. Any quote that does not comply with the prerequisite and questions sections will be deemed non-responsive and will be rejected. Minimum specification for the container is as follows: 20 foot Cargo worthy Better used shipping container with modifications of: - 2" x 4" full stud wall and ceiling 16" on center - Rear cargo doors will still be able to open if only doors to unit - 100Amp breaker box mounted on the outside w/50amp inlet plug - Electrical run throughout with minimum of 4 outlets - 6 LED lights, and one light switch - Insulated underside of floor, all walls and ceiling - 11/32 sanded plywood installed on all walls and ceiling - 8000 btu heating cooling unit installed in rear wall inset into tube steel frame. - DC315 Fire Proofing spray Delivery to Willard Bay State Park 900 West 650 North Willard Utah by January 1, 2023
