The WCB is seeking a Contractor to complete a Residential Home Modification Project in Lethbridge, Alberta as per the specifications and drawings contained in this IFB. The custom home project will consist of: Supply and installation of all material and systems described herein for a 163 square foot addition and interior modifications to the existing 1425 square foot two story, as indicated on drawings for a wet shower room and location for laundry to accommodate barrier free accessibility. Reconstruct the rear raised wood deck along with new stairs. Cut opening through existing wall for access into new addition. Provide a new concrete pad between the new rear deck and existing storage shed. Extend sidewalk along west side of home as indicated on the drawings. Replace flooring within the kitchen to heavy duty plank flooring to match that used in the addition. Install grab bar beside toilet in existing second floor bathroom. Install handrails of basement stairs. Minor patch and repair of existing gypsum board and repaint of existing walls as required and where identified. Relocated existing fire pit. Relocate existing electrical service to face of new addition. Installation of all mechanical, electrical system modifications in accordance with the requirements outlined on the drawings.
